Tell us a little bit about your business:
Law firm specializing in complex personal injury, employment and contract case through litigation and trial

What’s most rewarding about your work?
Helping individuals who wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford high quality legal counsel.

How did you choose the nonprofit organizations that you support?
I like organizations that help children and veterans.

Do you host events to help the public learn about important topics?
I participate in legal seminars and sessions from time to time but it’s mostly industry related.

How do the philanthropic efforts of your business make our community a better place?
It raises the image of lawyers who most folks do not realize how much pro bono and community work the legal profession performs to assist those in need. When people have access to the system, the community is a better place.

Do your clients influence your choice of causes to support?
In the sense that it’s a business sensitive to those in need, yes.

What are the biggest benefits of making social responsibility a priority?
It allows for a well-rounded life with a strong moral and ethical grounding that can be an example to others – when we all work together to help those who need a hand, we all win.

What’s one simple way a local business can reach out and make a difference?
Post important causes and events on website and social media – offer hands on help as time permits.
