An amazing evening of art + altruism

October 23, 2017

The 2017 ART310 live art auction in El Segundo exceeded fundraising goals with over $110,000 raised for South Bay arts and education programs.

Over 250 guests attended the live and silent art auction at the Unitas creative building and enjoyed a festive night of food, fun and philanthropy. The ART310 art collection was curated by Holly Socrates and featured some of Southern California’s finest artist and photographers.

100% of all proceeds will go towards The LA25 Foundation for the Arts to fund underserved arts programs and supplies for South Bay schools. The foundation has funded LACMA tours that sent every 3 rd and 4 th grader in Redondo Beach, over 1,400 kids, to LACMA for the day; and a concert series for Hermosa Beach students curated by Dr. Ron McCurdy, USC music professor, that culminated in a Grammy Museum tour for over 450 students. The new LA25 Foundation for the Arts Grant Program will extend these efforts across the greater South Bay to those in need.

Thank you to all of our sponsors for their support and financial contribution, and for recognizing the good it does in our community. Thank you to the artists who inspire us with their donation of time and talent. Thank you to the foundation members and their dedication in giving back to a community they love.

Your support is making a difference in our children’s growth and learning through increased exposure to the arts and all the wonder it inspires.
